This page explains how users, advertisers and app users can request deletion or correction of eligible personal information processed by TunesPay Advertising Private Limited.

## How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion by contacting privacy@tunespay.in.

Please include full name, registered email/mobile, product/app name, account type, user ID/advertiser ID if available, description of deletion request, and proof of account ownership if requested.

## What Can Be Deleted

Depending on product and applicable law, we may delete or anonymise eligible personal information, app profile information, support data, preferences, planner entries, saved content, non-essential CRM records, or inactive account data.

## What May Be Retained

We may retain certain records where required for legal obligations, tax/accounting, payment records, campaign records, fraud prevention, security logs, dispute resolution, grievance handling, enforcement of terms or backup retention for a limited period.

## Kya Banao Local Data

Kya Banao data may be stored locally on your device. You may be able to delete app entries, clear app data through device settings, or uninstall the app. If Google Drive backup was enabled, backup data may also need to be managed through app backup controls or your Google account.

## App Permissions

You may revoke app permissions such as notifications, SMS, call logs, location, camera, microphone or storage through device settings, where applicable. Revoking permissions may affect app functionality.

## Response Timeline

We will make reasonable efforts to respond to deletion requests within applicable legal timelines, subject to verification and lawful retention requirements.
