These User Reward Terms explain how users may participate in TunesPay reward features, including sponsored caller tunes, eligible app-to-app calls, reward tracking and redemption where available.
By using the TunesPay app or participating in reward features, you agree to these User Reward Terms.
Important Notice
TunesPay rewards are not guaranteed income. Rewards may vary and are subject to campaign availability, account status, eligibility rules, verification, app usage rules, fraud checks, advertiser campaigns, technical validation and platform terms.
Using TunesPay does not create employment, agency, partnership, salary, commission, investment or guaranteed earning rights.
Eligibility
To participate in reward features, you may be required to create a valid account, provide accurate information, use the official TunesPay app, meet verification requirements, select available sponsored caller tunes, follow rules, grant necessary permissions where required, comply with laws and avoid fraudulent/artificial/abusive activity.
TunesPay may restrict, pause or remove reward access if eligibility conditions are not met.
Sponsored Caller Tunes
TunesPay may allow eligible users to select sponsored caller tunes from available campaigns. Availability may depend on active campaigns, user location/market, account status, campaign rules, platform inventory, operational availability, behaviour and eligibility.
Not all users will have the same caller-tune options at all times.
Eligible Calls
Rewards may be calculated only for calls that meet TunesPay’s eligibility rules. Eligible calls may depend on app-to-app call requirements, caller-tune activation status, campaign availability, minimum call requirements, fraud checks, duplicate/abnormal activity checks, account verification, technical validation and platform rules.
Not every incoming call is eligible for rewards.
Reward Calculation
Reward amounts, if applicable, may vary based on active campaign terms, call eligibility, campaign budget, user participation rules, advertiser settings, fraud checks, platform policies and technical validation.
TunesPay may show estimated, pending, approved, rejected or payable reward status. Pending rewards are not final until verified and approved.
Reward Redemption
Reward redemption may require minimum balance, account verification, valid redemption method, KYC/identity checks where required, fraud review, tax compliance, and successful payment/redemption processing by third-party providers.
Redemption timelines may vary depending on verification, payment processing, bank/wallet systems, holidays, technical issues, fraud review or compliance checks.
Fraud, Abuse and Invalid Activity
TunesPay may reject, reverse, withhold, suspend or cancel rewards if it detects or suspects fake calls, self-calling schemes, automated/bot activity, repeated artificial call patterns, device manipulation, multiple account abuse, referral abuse, fraudulent verification details, violation of app rules or activity intended to generate invalid rewards.
Account Suspension and Reward Forfeiture
TunesPay may suspend accounts, restrict features or forfeit rewards if a user violates terms, provides false information, manipulates reward systems, engages in fraud/abuse, violates law, misuses the app, fails verification, or creates risk for TunesPay, advertisers, callers or other users.
Taxes
Users are responsible for taxes, charges, reporting or legal obligations arising from rewards or redemptions where applicable. TunesPay may deduct or report taxes where required by law.
No Transfer of Rewards
Rewards, balances or redemption rights may not be sold, transferred, assigned, exchanged or used outside the official TunesPay platform unless expressly permitted by TunesPay.
Platform Changes
TunesPay may update, modify, pause or discontinue reward features, campaign availability, reward rates, redemption methods or eligibility rules at any time, subject to applicable law.
Disputes About Rewards
If you believe your reward status is incorrect, contact support with relevant details: support@tunespay.in.
TunesPay may review app logs, campaign rules, technical validation, fraud checks and account information before making a decision.
