These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of websites, mobile applications, advertiser platforms, tools, forms, support channels, and services operated by TunesPay Advertising Private Limited (“TunesPay”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
These Terms apply to TunesPay website and advertiser services, TunesPay mobile app and caller-tune/reward features where available, Kya Banao, PaisaPani where available, DharmaSarthi where available, help centre, support, grievance, payment, advertiser, agency and partnership flows, and future products or related services operated by us.
By using our website, apps, forms, services, advertiser tools, or support channels, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the relevant product or service.
Eligibility
You may use our services only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, or with appropriate consent or supervision where required by law.
Advertisers, agencies and business users must be authorised to represent the business, brand, client, agency or organisation on whose behalf they use the service.
We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access where we believe the use violates law, these Terms, platform policies, payment requirements, security rules, or third-party rights.
Account Registration and Security
Some services may require an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep it updated.
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login details, keeping your device secure, not sharing OTPs/PINs/passwords, notifying us of unauthorised access, and ensuring business account users are authorised.
Product-Specific Terms
Certain products have additional terms:
- Advertiser campaigns are governed by Advertiser Terms.
- TunesPay reward features are governed by User Reward Terms.
- Cookies and tracking are governed by Cookie Policy.
- Data handling is governed by Privacy Policy.
- Grievances are handled through Grievance Redressal.
If product-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the product-specific terms apply for that product or feature.
Acceptable Use
You must not use services for unlawful/fraudulent/harmful/misleading activity, misuse caller-tune/reward/expense/payment/campaign features, upload illegal/infringing/offensive/misleading content, manipulate rewards/calls/referrals/campaigns/analytics/payments, access systems without permission, reverse engineer or interfere with security, use bots or automated abuse, submit false information, or violate third-party rights or applicable laws.
TunesPay Caller-Tune and Reward Features
TunesPay may allow eligible users to browse sponsored caller tunes, listen to ad audio, activate sponsored caller tunes and track eligible call activity.
Rewards are not guaranteed income. Rewards may depend on campaign availability, eligibility rules, account status, verification, fraud checks, app permissions, advertiser campaigns, and applicable User Reward Terms.
We may reject, reverse, withhold, suspend or cancel rewards for invalid activity, fraud, abuse, manipulation, repeated artificial calls, device manipulation, multiple-account misuse or violation of terms.
Advertiser Services
Advertisers and agencies may use TunesPay to plan, submit, create, fund, manage, or review advertising campaigns.
Campaign availability, pricing, targeting, delivery, reporting and timelines are subject to campaign requirements, inventory, creative review, payment, operational feasibility, platform policies and applicable law.
We do not guarantee campaign reach, calls, conversions, sales, installs, ROI, brand recall or business results.
AI Audio Generation
Where AI audio features are enabled, you may use AI-assisted workflows to generate audio ad drafts.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving generated content before use. You must ensure that scripts, claims, offers, language, voice use, brand assets, disclaimers and final audio comply with applicable law and third-party rights.
We may use third-party AI/audio providers where enabled.
Kya Banao
Kya Banao is intended to help users decide meals, manage preferences, save favourites and plan meals. Recipe, dish, ingredient and meal suggestions are provided for convenience and should not be treated as medical, nutritional, allergy, dietary or professional advice.
Users are responsible for checking ingredients, allergens, fasting rules, religious/cultural preferences, dietary restrictions, health needs and food safety before cooking or consuming any dish.
Deals or merchant links may redirect to third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party merchant pricing, fulfilment, delivery, quality, refunds or customer service unless expressly stated.
PaisaPani
PaisaPani is intended to help users track, categorise and understand spending information. It is not financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting or professional advice.
Any SMS-derived or transaction information, reminders, graphs, analytics, categories or offers should be reviewed by the user. We do not guarantee accuracy of categorisation, merchant mapping, reminders, offers or financial insights.
Users remain responsible for their financial decisions, payments, obligations, tax reporting and account security.
DharmaSarthi
DharmaSarthi is intended to provide devotional, educational and learning content, including Bhagavad Gita-related content, shlokas, meanings, quotes, challenges, streaks, text-to-speech and sharing features where enabled.
Content is provided for learning and devotional purposes. Users should not treat app content as professional, medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.
Donation/payment features, if enabled, may be processed through third-party payment providers.
Payments, Billing, Refunds and Service Delivery
Paid services, campaign credits, advertiser campaigns, subscriptions, digital services, donations, reward redemptions or other payment flows may be subject to additional payment, refund, cancellation, service-delivery, invoice and taxation terms.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Do not share UPI PIN, card CVV, banking password or payment authentication credentials with our support team.

Third-Party Services
Our services may use or link to third-party services, including app stores, payment providers, Google services, HubSpot, analytics tools, cloud providers, affiliate/deal merchants, AI/audio providers and advertisers.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, products, services, content, privacy practices, pricing, availability, quality, fulfilment or customer service unless expressly stated.
Intellectual Property
TunesPay owns or licenses the website, apps, platform, software, designs, content, trademarks, visual assets, workflows, interfaces, databases, and related intellectual property, except third-party content or user-submitted content.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, scrape, exploit or misuse our intellectual property without written permission.
By submitting content, campaign assets, audio, scripts, recipes, feedback, support information or other materials, you grant us a limited licence to use them as required to provide, operate, support, review, improve or deliver the relevant service.
Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, discontinue or restrict products, features, campaigns, rewards, content, pricing, eligibility rules, service providers or platform access at any time, subject to applicable law.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, always-available or fully secure service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TunesPay Advertising Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of our services, campaign performance, reward expectations, payment delays, app errors, third-party services, data loss, service interruption, user decisions, or unauthorised access.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TunesPay Advertising Private Limited, its directors, employees, contractors, service providers and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses arising from your misuse of services, violation of terms, unlawful content, false information, campaign claims, intellectual property infringement, fraud, abuse or breach of law.
Termination
We may suspend, restrict or terminate access to services if we believe you have violated these Terms, product-specific terms, payment requirements, platform rules, legal requirements, security requirements or third-party rights.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts at Mumbai, India.
